Please book tickets well in advance to maximize your chance of getting the date, time and number of tickets you prefer. Tours are held rain, snow or shine! You should dress appropriately for the day's weather conditions and bring an umbrella if necessary.
Due to various food establishments we visit, pets of any kind are not allowed on the tours.

Varies per tour. Some locations have drink tastings and optional substitute drinks. At some other locations water may be included and any other drinks would be additional costs. It is recommended you purchase water and/or any other beverages before the tour and you are welcome to bring them with.

Yes, we only offer tours in English at this time. Please email us if you would like to make arrangements for your own interpreter to join the tour.
Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, as they guarantee your spot on the tour. We cannot provide partial refunds for no shows, late arrivals or partial attendance.
We do not provide a waiting list. There is always a chance that we will add an additional tour on that day. Please contact us to let us know what date you are interested in.
Taste Twin Cities serves enough food for most people that lunch/dinner is usually not necessary.
Tours generally last about 3 hours. We are on our feet a good portion of the time but our walk is leisurely and there are a few places to sit and rest along the way.
Definitely! Many of our attendees live right here in the Twin Cities. Locals often join us to learn about the great food/drink finds in the "Heart and Soul" of the Twin Cities that have been under their noses the entire time. The Twin Cities is filled with tales and history that many will be surprised by. This tour is a fantastic way to rediscover your own hometown.
Gratuities for good service are always greatly appreciated. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15 - 20%.
Please be sure to let us know if you, or anyone in your group, has a dietary restriction (e.g. vegetarian, nut allergy, etc.) when you purchase your tickets. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
You will have time to shop at our specific stops on the tour. We will point out great boutiques, gift shop and specialty shops that you may wish to visit after the tour. We stick to a tight schedule so that we may incorporate all the great sights and tasting's offered during the tour. We encourage you to allow time after your tour to return to your favorite locations.
Yes, bathrooms are available at selected locations. However, we strongly recommend that you use the facilities before meeting up for the tour, so that we can stay on schedule and maximize our tastings!
Varies per tour. If a tour does not end at the same place we meet, detailed instructions are provided after ticket purchase with the tours starting and ending point locations. Return trips can be accomplished by walking, taking a taxi, or Metro Transit bus.
Children are welcome. We love kids! If they will be eating on the tour, it will be necessary to purchase a ticket for them. Tours last about 3 hours and there is a lot of standing and walking and may not be suitable for all ages. Strollers will be hard to maneuver, but are welcome on some of our tours.
Our food tours are wheelchair accessible, but the winery or brewery tours are not wheelchair accessible unless booked via private tour.
